Welcome to Commercialization Compass, a commercialization readiness assessment tool designed to evaluate the maturity of technology-based ventures to take a solution under development to market. The tool focuses on a proven set of nine key dimensions essential for market entry and long-term viability.
Answering the survey questions will take 7-10 mins. You will be asked to assess your current perspective on the commercialization readiness of your solution against a series of statements, with responses on a scale from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree).
At the end of the survey, you will receive a printable report showing your strengths and areas for improvement to support the commercialization process. Please note that the report will be based on the current version of the Commercialization Compass tool (v. 1), which might change in the future as the collected data is analyzed.
Important notes:
Survey responses are anonymous; we do not collect identifying data.
Please do not provide duplicate answers to the survey for the same venture, as the anonymous dataset does not allow us to filter out repeat responses. It is fine to provide more than one answer for different ventures.
